Industrialisation Manager – van ontwerp naar excellente productie
Wil jij aan de basis staan van de succesvolle introductie van hightech luchtvaartproducten? Voor onze locatie in Hoogeveen zoeken wij een Industrialisation Manager die het verschil maakt tussen een goed ontwerp en een excellent productieproces.
In deze sleutelrol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het inrichten, organiseren en realiseren van het volledige productie‑ en supply‑chainproces voor een specifiek programma. Jij zorgt ervoor dat producten maakbaar, efficiënt en robuust worden geproduceerd en tijdig, binnen budget en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen worden geleverd.
Als Industrialisation Manager werk je in het hart van de organisatie. Je geeft leiding aan multidisciplinaire teams en fungeert als verbindende schakel tussen engineering, productie, leveranciers en de klant. Met jouw overzicht, technische kennis en leiderschap vertaal je ontwerp naar realiteit en bouw je mee aan duurzame, schaalbare productieprocessen.
