Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

1. 接待来访者,并进行登记,签安全须知,留存护照复印件,发放临时卡片,通知被访人员或引领来访者到相关部门;为来访者提供尽可能的帮助及完成来访者交给的工作,如订餐等。前台食品及饮料的采买等。

Greet visitors, sign the visitor registration form, and safety acknowledgement and inform appropriate dept. Provide great assistance for support and finish the work arranged by visitors, such as order meals, etc. Purchase cookies and drinks for visitors.

2. 通过系统每天查阅并核对午餐数量。

Check the lunch amount every day by system.

3. 处理各种日常行政事务,如会议室管理协调、收集分发邮寄信件及包裹、车辆的安排使用、文具药品的申购领用、协助生产部门需要总经理签字的文件、彩色扫描等。

Perform miscellaneous administrative affairs, such as meeting rooms’ management, organizing, distributing and sending mail or courier packages, arrange the cars according to daily request, stationery and medicine applying and distributing, assist production to sign some documents by GM, colour scan etc.

4. 核实公司正常费用支出并跟踪报销进程。

Check the normal cost and follow up payment process.

5. 及时、礼貌的接听或转接电话。记录转达内外部信息联络。定期更新日常联络信息并发布。

Receive and transfer incoming call timely and politely. Take and transfer the internal or external message. Update and send the phone numbers or email address timely etc.

6. 根据内外部要求发布各种报表。

Send reports according to internal or external request.

7. 根据加班倒班人员申请表订餐及合理安排班车或出租车路线。

According to shift and overtime application, order meals and rational arrangement shuttle bus or taxi routing.

Job Qualifications

1. 大学专科或相当学历;
Diploma or equivalent;
2. 一年相关工作经验;
1 year work experience;
3. 接待礼仪; 
Reception etiquette;

4. 良好的英文读写及对话能力;
Fluent in spoken and writing English;
Good communication ability;
Be skilled in operating MS office software.
